Weekend deliveries: We do deliver on the weekends but an additional charge may apply depending on area.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

For Larger items we cannot provide a tracking number as our courier does not use them. But don't worry, you will be well informed of when he will arrive with your order. 

For our home appliances/VAA Range/Elephant Living beanbags we will provide a courier tracking number, which will be sent to the e-mail address provided. 

Damages

If your item has arrived damaged or something is missing, please get in touch with us straight away! Send a picture of the damage to owlandtrowel@gmail.com

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind or you are unhappy with your purchase made online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the product providing that the product has been adequately repackaged and remains in a resellable condition.

Please note this is subject to the cost of returning the item.

This cancellation period will expire after 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by email to owlandtrowel@gmail.com by providing us with a clear request to return goods.

Once your cancellation request has been received by us we will respond with an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.

When your item has been returned to us and quality checked we will issue your refund excluding the delivery charge. Depending on your Bank this will normally take 2-5 working days.
